Terms and Conditions for Nonprofit Monthly Accelerator
 

  1. Program Access: By enrolling in the Nonprofit Monthly Accelerator, your organization gains access to monthly webinars and associated resources for a defined subscription fee for up to 20 leaders.

  2. Payment Terms: Payments are processed via credit card on an auto-renew basis. The first payment will be charged upon enrollment, and subsequent charges will occur on the same day each month thereafter.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Participants may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

  4. Eligibility for Recordings: Access to webinar recordings is only granted to participants who were registered for the live session. If an organization enrolls mid-year, they will not have access to recordings from prior sessions.

  5. Participant Limit: Each organization is capped at 20 participants. If your organization has more than 20 leaders who wish to participate, please contact us to arrange for additional licenses. You agree that you won't forward the attendance link or resources to other organizations.

  6. Communication: Upon enrollment, and each month thereafter, a calendar invitation for the next month's webinar and the corresponding resource guide will be emailed to the designated contact person at your organization. It is the responsibility of the designated contact to forward this information to participating leaders within the organization.

  7. Intellectual Property: The program content is intended for the use and benefit of the paying organization only and may not be shared or distributed with any outside organization or individual. All intellectual property rights in program content are retained by Robertson Consulting Group, LLC, and all rights are reserved.

  8. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
