We are strength-based performance improvement and leadership development experts and coaches with 20+ years’ of collective experience.
We believe leaders are made, not born, and are passionate about helping new and seasoned leaders transform the way they align, inspire, and lead their teams to deliver exceptional results.
We’re based in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho but serve organizations and leaders throughout the US and internationally.
Steve Robertson, Ph.D.
Steve is a recognized expert in performance improvement, leadership development and coaching with more than 10 years’ experience designing and delivering engaging leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.
Steve led performance improvement and leadership programs at Hewlett Packard, St. Luke’s Health System, Idaho Youth Ranch, and for hundreds of other leader-clients of Blue Bridge Consulting Group and Louie Robertson where he served as founder and co-founder respectively.
In addition to his leadership development expertise, Steve brings many years of first-hand experience leading in-person, virtual, and global teams. He understands the joys and challenges of leading at different levels including front-line manager, leading other leaders, and executive leadership roles including Chief People Officer.
Steve was a highly rated adjunct professor of leadership in Boise State University’s online MBA program and its undergraduate leadership certificate program. He also served on the board for the Professional Coaching Association of Idaho and the Idaho State Bar’s leadership development program.
Steve completed ICF credentialed coach training through Invite Change and earned a Ph.D. in Education Leadership from the University of Idaho, a J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law, and a B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley.
Susan Dahl-Robertson, M.A.
Susan is a Gallup certified CliftonStrengths® coach and strength-based leadership development expert with more than 10 years’ experience helping executives, senior leadership teams, new managers, and their teams leverage the power of strengths.
Susan is passionate about helping leaders uncover their unique talents so they can lead with greater confidence, impact, and ease. In addition to her expertise with Gallup’s CliftonStrengths®, Susan is a master certified coach who specializes in helping leaders overcome their blind-spots and transform limiting beliefs to lead with greater clarity and influence.
Susan is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach ™, and a Certified Equus Coach through Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching ®. She earned a Masters of Arts in Career Counseling from JFK University and a B.A. in Speech Communications from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
