Meet your instructor & coach

Steve Robertson, Ph.D.

Steve believes leaders are made, not born, and is passionate about helping leaders transform the way they align, inspire, and lead their teams to deliver exceptional results. 

He led leadership development programs at Hewlett Packard, St. Luke’s Health System, Idaho Youth Ranch, and for hundreds of other leader-clients of Blue Bridge Consulting Group and Louie Robertson where he served as founder and co-founder respectively.

Steve was a highly rated teacher of leadership in Boise State University’s online MBA program and its undergraduate leadership certificate program. He also served on the board for the Professional Coaching Association of Idaho and the Idaho State Bar’s leadership development program.

Steve completed ICF credentialed coach training through Invite Change and earned a Ph.D. in Education Leadership from the University of Idaho, a J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law, and a B.A. in history from the University of California, Berkeley.
